Bill Clinton on Wars

1.) Peter: I recently heard Bill Clinton, the former president of the USA, say something to the effect that there will always be wars and conflicts whilst human beings are on the planet. Thus it is that a man who has had direct experience of applying the pacifist principles of negotiation and compromise as a means of conflict resolution accedes to its failings and ultimately regards war and conflict amongst human beings as being the status quo.
